Erich our estimator came out promptly and verbally gave an estimate on the spot for our roof repair. They scheduled the repair in less than 5 days, and their 2 repair men did a nice job and were safe in what they did. Their supervisor came out when they were done, and went up on our roof to inspect their work and answered all my question. Pam their office manager, was very polite and followed up with arranging the day of our work as well as payment. This is the 3rd time I have had DunRite Exterior do work for us, and am very pleased.-Marty

Complete roof (old slate + asphalt) tear off, and new asphalt roof shingle. Dunrite is a professional roofing company that came strongly recommended from a friend...highly impressed! Juan and the rest of the crew were excellent - 2 long days of labor and cleaned up after themselves each day. Erich our sales rep was fantastic, put up with Cleveland Heights permit/architecture review board hoops. Pam and Eric in the office too! We chose GAF Timberline HDZ "Appalachian Sky" shingle - super nice.

We had our siding done by DunRite Exterior and couldn’t be happier. Gus was fantastic—personable, patient, and transparent—which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dun Rite Construction installed my K-Guard and I couldn't be happier. They came to my house and gave me a simple, no pressure no bs quote. I gave them a date to call me to schedule about two months about because I was traveling. They called exactly on that date and came out a week later. Installation took about half a day by an efficient, clean crew. Performance of the gutters is just as advertised. Thanks K-Guard and Dun Rite!

Dan was very professional in getting the quote and managing the project via emails and calls. The day before the install, they dropped a dumpster trailer on the driveway, the crew arrived early in the morning, removed the old roof, a crane truck brought the new roof materials, and it was all installed by the afternoon. The roof looks great, no damage around the house, good cleanup. Price was in line , slightly better compared to other quotes we got and they use quality American made GAF shingles with great warranty on both materials and installation. We also had them instal gutter mesh covers. Also very professional. The gentleman from the crew that installed them showed me detailed pictures of them once they were done. Dan performed a walk around a couple days later with me to make sure everything was dunrite.

My wife and I had a great experience with Dunrite. The entire process was very smooth and there was great communication. Gus was always communicative and responsive to make sure that any concern was dealt with quickly and the office was very friendly. It is a very nerve-wracking experience spending a large amount of money on your home, but we are glad that we went with Dunrite for our new roof and gutters!

The installation of our metal roof was great. Very happy with the way it looks. What I didn’t care for was the crew kept unplugged my hot tub to plug in their equipment and in the freezing temperatures it could have frozen the lines because it never got plugged back in and there was some trash and screws left behind. It did take a couple weeks longer than they first said, weather and holidays played a part in that but communication could have been better.

After realizing our home had zero insulation in the attic and we developed ice jams and huge icicles on our home, I began to research businesses that specialize in fixing our problem and came across DunRite Roofing who had Excellent reviews, have been in business since 1989 and cover most of Northeast Ohio. They responded immediately and gave us a quote within a few days and the work was completed within one week. We are very satisfied with the work and Highly Recommend DunRite Roofing.

After a storm we needed some repair work on the siding and gutters. Even though they were very busy because of the storm, they came out in a matter of days. The estimate was reasonable. The installers were prompt and efficient. They cleaned up every bit of scrap and nails. This is the third time we have used them. I would use them again.

Shawn Fiestamel was a real pleasure to work with and DunRite was very communicative. They did an excellent job facilitating all of the administrative and technical work for wind damage, and replacing the roof as well as some of the gutters. The biggest problem I found when they were done is that the gutters and roof looked so nice and clean that I will now have to clean the rest of the house to match. I would definitely recommend DunRite. And I absolutely, positively, without a doubt recommend Shawn! He’s a wonderful asset to that company. Thank you for making what would’ve been a nightmare experience a real pleasure.

Words can not explain how pleased I am with Dunrite exterior’s! Mike and his team truly has your back! They came out to my house, helped me out with a quote, went to my insurance, came back out broke everything down to a 3rd grade level, and told me exactly what was gonna happen! Everything was so easy it was unreal!!! Then the guys came out and finished my whole roof in a day, extremely professional and kind. I 100% recommend Mike and his team at Dunrite.
